About GyoKan Select

GyoKan Select is a professional media asset browser for macOS.

It is designed to help creators quickly scan, browse, and organize media files natively on their Mac.

GyoKan does not guarantee the outcome of any media browsing or organization process.

All final actions and decisions remain with the user. GyoKan is a tool to support your workflow, not replace your judgment.

GyoKan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for any data loss, accidental file operations, or damages — direct or indirect — arising from the use or inability to use GyoKan.

We do not guarantee future updates, bug fixes, continued availability of the application, or compatibility with any specific version of macOS.

All intellectual property rights in GyoKan — including but not limited to software, design, and written content — belong to the operator.

Rights to media files and other content handled by the user within the application belong to the user or their rightful owner.

The operator does not acquire or use any rights to the user's media files or other content.

GyoKan may be used for both personal and commercial purposes.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.

You may not use GyoKan in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

GyoKan is free to download; certain features are unlocked via a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (Pro Unlock). There is no subscription.

GyoKan is distributed through the Apple App Store.

All purchases, billing, and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms and Conditions.

The operator does not have access to users' payment information and cannot directly process or issue refunds.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

We may update these terms from time to time.

Continued use of GyoKan after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
