Equipment Lists Are Not Enough
Why a production setup needs verified relationships, not only a list of equipment.
Possession is not readiness
An equipment list can tell you what is in the case. It cannot tell you whether the pieces work together when the work begins.
The difficult part of a production setup is often the relationship between items: which cable reaches which device, where power comes from, and what has to be packed before the next step is possible.
Verify the connections
I built LOADOUT around this gap. A setup becomes more useful when its connections can be inspected before packing, while there is still time to change the plan.
The list remains important, but it is only the inventory. The relationships are the part that makes the inventory operational.
